Simply follow these steps:
Ensure that the Stirrer is securely inserted into the Dough Cup.
Check if the black O-ring (black rubber band) fits nicely around the Dough Cup without any residue.
Note: Apply oil on the O-ring so that the Dough Tray moves smoothly into the Dough Cup.Slide the Dough Tray into the slot.
