Rotimatic Return & Total Satisfaction Policy

At Rotimatic, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our product, and if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window as part of our Total Satisfaction Policy.

Return Window

You may return your Rotimatic machine within 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Refund & Restocking Fee

If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund after deducting a restocking fee of USD 199 (or equivalent in your local currency) from the total amount paid.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Rotimatic must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with the invoice.

  • All User-Installable Components must be intact and included:

    • Flour, oil, and water storage containers

    • Kneading components

    • Cleaning kit

    • Front doors

    • Power cords

Returns that show damage due to misuse, abuse, or disassembly will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return process:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions.

  3. The Rotimatic unit must be shipped back within 3 weeks of receiving those instructions.

Please note: You are responsible for ensuring the machine is securely packed and shipped.

What’s Not Eligible for Refund?

  • Any accessories or services purchased separately from the Rotimatic unit.

  • Any free gifts or consumables included with the original purchase.

When Will You Receive the Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned Rotimatic, we’ll process your refund within 30 days, after deducting:

  • The restocking fee of USD 199

  • Charges for any missing components

  • Any other applicable charges based on the return condition
