This message is received usually due to one of two things: either the flour level is below the minimum level marking, or the flour container hasn’t been properly inserted. Here’s how you can solve this:

  1. Ensure the flour level is above the minimum level marking (Min). We recommend filling the flour container up to the Max for optimal result.

  2. Ensure the ridges on the flour container are aligned with the groove in the flour slot, and the flour container is in an upright position (not tilted to one side). The flour container not properly inserted may affect the flour sensor detection.

  3. Gently press the flour container towards the front of Rotimatic™ while tapping OK on the "Empty Flour" screen message, see below video.
