How our repair and replacement works :

  1. Reach us via Live Chat on the Rotimatic™ mobile app or email us at [email protected]

  2. Our engineer will review the machine status by remotely accessing your machine.

  3. Simultaneously machine's warranty status is also checked.

  4. Based on the issue reported (software/hardware), troubleshooting will be done.

  5.  If an issue cannot be fixed remotely and the machine needs to be replaced, we will do the needful as per our warranty policy - https://rotimatic.com/pages/extended-warranty-policy

  6. The team will keep you posted on the following steps of return & replacement
