How our repair and replacement works :

  2. Our engineer will review the machine status by remotely accessing your machine.
  3. Simultaneously machine's warranty status is also checked.
  4. Based on the issue reported (software/hardware), troubleshooting will be done.
  5.  If issue cannot be fixed remotely and machine needs to be replaced , we will do the needful as per our warranty policy -
  6. Team will keep you posted on the following steps of return & replacement
