Please follow these simple steps and you should be good:

  1. Plug in the power cable to the power source.

  2. Press the Reset button. Make sure the RED indicator turns on. DO NOT press the TEST button, which will switch off the power actually.

3. Wait for 5 sec. This is the time taken for initial charge up. Therefore, after switching on the power source, please wait for at least 5 sec before tapping the power button from Rotimatic.

4. Check if there is red light through the side vents.

  • In case there is no red light, when seen through the side vents, please make sure the power cable is properly inserted as shown below:

  • If there is RED light seen through the side vents , and the power button is not responding, please let us know. We will be happy to assist you further.
