If your machine is out-of-warranty, please contact the customer support. The customer support team will remotely screen the machine for eligibility.

  • If the customer support confirms that there is no existing mechanical repair issue with the machine, you can purchase the extended warranty through the customer support by paying an additional premium of USD 50 in addition to USD 149 (1-year extended warranty).
  • If the customer support detects an existing mechanical repair issue, you need to purchase the replacement machine at USD 350 along with mandatory 1-year warranty of USD 149.
