In case you need to return your Rotimatic™ for repair or replacement, we’ll provide you with a Return Product Authorization Number (RPA#) as well as return instructions.

Please don’t return your Rotimatic™ without prior approval from us. Any product returned without a valid, unique RPA# will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
