Let’s try these one by one to identify the issue:

  1. Check that mobile data is off and your phone is connected to your home Wi-Fi

  2. Verify that you’ve entered your Wi-Fi name and password correctly.

  3. Ensure that you are connecting to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network only. Rotimatic™ doesn’t support 5 GHz network at the moment.

  4. Check that your Rotimatic™ is within 5 meters of your home Wi-Fi router. If it’s not, please move your Rotimatic™ closer to the router for a stronger Wi-Fi signal.

  5. If you’re still unable to connect to Wi-Fi, please follow the steps in the videos below.

If you are an iOS user:

  • Dark mode of the phone should be off.

  • There should not be any special character present in wifi name and password.

  • Update it to iOS 13.3. or higher

  • Update Rotimatic app to 1.6.6 or higher

  • Enable "location services" for this app.

  • The Cellular data and Bluetooth are turned off.
