Flour tunnel blocked

Compressed flour, or any water droplet/ moisture coming in contact with the flour can cause flour jam at the dispensing tunnel or between the container and the white spinning wheel, resulting in the flour tunnel being blocked.

Make sure to select the correct flour settings from the Menu option.
Please check and clean the flour slot at least once every 2-3 days to ensure no blockage at the dispensing tunnel.
Clean the flour dispensing tunnel under the flour container dock to remove any flour clogs as shown in the video:  

The clogged flour container tunnel will affect the dispensing flow, thus affecting the quality of the dough ball. Kindly clean  and dry the  flour container as shown in the video:
