Pull up the water container from the slot.

Fill it with water, checking that the white floater cap inside the water container is at the highest level when the water container is filled. If it’s not, contact us via Live Chat on the Rotimatic mobile app.

Clean the water slot. Follow the steps in the below video.

Reinsert the water container into the slot. Press the water container down to ensure that it’s properly inserted and secured in the dock.

Tap OK to resume operation.
